Terms and Conditions
General information
The following conditions are part of each contract with itsp, North Horsemount Kilcorney, Mallow Co. Cork Ireland (following called provider). Changes and deletions are only guilty if they are fixed in written form. The provider is allowed to make changes of this terms and conditions each time and inform the customer by email. That changes are guilty if the customer does not complain within 6 weeks. If parts of this terms and conditions are not guilty they will be replaced by one that is near to it. There is a one time setup fee of Euro 89,- with the Business Package, Euro 49,- with the Basic Package and Euro 19,90 with the Starter Package.The Starter Package can only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of a Domain Name. The minimum contract term for all webhosting packages is 12 months. The contract is automatically renewed if not cancelled at least 3 months before expiration of the contract. All packages are billed yearly in advance due to the low prices. Invoice is send out by e-mail. All prices are in Euro include VAT.

Offers, prices and conditions of payment
All offers of the provider are free to change. The provider is acknowledged to claim a prepayment if the customer wishes unconventionally high offers. The prices of the provider are excluding support.
Virtual servers will be charged yearly in advance. The extra data transfer and extra domain registrations will be charged afterwards. After receiving the Order confirmation and invoice, please pay safe and secure by using PayPal to info@aisp.ie. There is no need for you to set up a PayPal account.
Payment has to be successed within 14 days. The provider will close the account of that customer if the payment is not received within this time.
The provider guaranties a reachability of the webservers of 99% in average of a year. Excepted are maintenance works and scheduled outages.

Content of websites, abuse, utilization
When transferring the pages to our servers the customer holds harmless the provider of all legal responsibility. The customer does not transfer material that is forbidden in Ireland, Germany, Spain or origin of that customer. If we find material which could contain any items that are not legal in this countries we will close the account until the customer proves that it is legal.
It is forbidden to send unsolicited emails (called spam) by using our servers. If we find out that you did it we will cancel your account as soon as possible. Additionally we will charge you a fee of 15 Euro per spam complaint that regards your account. Excepted from this are mailings that are made to a group of persons that wished to receive this mails.
Webspace is setup on servers which contain several customers. Therefore the provider claims the right to close such domains which cause the server to work not properly. The customer will be informed about this by email.
The following pages may only be hosted with agreement of the provider: adult-pages (erotic or pornographic pages), download-pages, pages which could cause the server to work not properly.

Cancellation
The contracts of virtual servers and Satellite Internet (ASTRA2Connect) is made for 12 months and extends automatically for further 12 months if the customer does not cancel the account 3 months before ending of that period. Payments in advance are not refunded by the provider. The provider has the right to cancel the contract each time when the customer violated against this terms and conditions.

Domain names
The customer declares that he does not hurt any rights of third partys and does not do anything that is against national or international law. He takes full liability for all claims of third partys rights. In case of non-payment of invoices from the provider within the payment-period, the provider has the right to return all domain names to the respective registrar. For some Domain name registration a third party is involfed as account holder. In case of transfer a Domain to an other Hoster ITSP is not responsible to provide EPP keys or other information relevant for a Domain transfer. The contact to the third party can be arranged.

Internet Satellite, Domain and Hosting Service
The contract will last 12 month. After this it will automatically renewed for the next contract duration you ordered. I can cancel this contract after this time every month to the end of the next period. For paying in advance, itsp is billing monthly, annual. The Traffic and Minutes are billed every month. itsp can immediately disconnect the Satellite Connection if the amounts are not paid or aisp is supposing that there might be a danger of not paying the amount by the customer. The contract between the customer and itsp will start, when itsp has sent the Software and Connection data to the customer. itsp will only send the information to the customer if the billed amount is available for itsp. Login information and bill are sent out for free via email. If the customer is not available via email itsp will bill €3,95 for every sending via “snail-mail”. I permit itsp to charge the fees for the connection via satellite to my named bank account or credit card. I do know that separate to the satellite connection I have to pay to my local ISP the fees for the Dial In Connection to the Internet if there is any. itsp will not give any personal data made in this order to third parties and undertakes to treat this information confidential and protect the data. I agree to the terms and conditions of order. All prices in Euro + 13,5% VAT.

Area of juristication
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to choice of law provisions that would cause the application of the law of another juristication.
